Salmon & Asparagus

Many of us feel that cooking is hard and you need a lot of ingredients to add flavor and taste to a dish. Sometimes, the most simplest recipes and combination of ingredients give you an exciting and delicious dish. Salmon and asparagus are like best friends and when combined with butter, garlic and chili flakes, give you an amazing quick fire recipe which can be eaten for lunch or dinner! Oh, and adding to the taste are the health benefits that these two main ingredients provide. Rich in vitamins, fiber and omega 3 fatty acids, these are a perfect way to eat healthy. I have used salmon fillets and fresh asparagus for this recipe, but if you have access to fresh salmon, then all the better!
