Black Peppercorn Chicken

Chicken is probably my favorite non-vegetarian ingredient and my go-to meat if I need to cook for someone! Being classified as a white meat, it’s generally healthier as compared to the red meat. Chicken thighs and legs are the most juiciest and tender and taste great, no matter what the preparation. In this recipe, I have used the flavors of a black peppercorn sauce which I received from a local pantry as marination for the chicken along with a host of other ingredients. The chicken is scored by creating slits so that maximum flavor reaches the bone. The milk gives it the creamy texture and makes the chicken even more soft and tender. The red onions add the much needed sweetness to this neat dish which is perfect for a family dinner.
